The company reserves the right to cancel, suspend or vary the cruise or substitute a vessel at any time. Neither the company not the employees, contractors or agents of the company shall be liable for any death or personal injury to any passenger or any loss or damage to property. The vessel does carry a full and comprehensive insurance cover for all passengers.
